Our service is costed on a per line basis. A line is defined as 65 characters including spaces. This system is the industry standard and means that customers only pay for the actual keystrokes typed. Click here to see how we calculate a line count.

You can dictate directly on your iPhone or iPad using the DicDoc app or you can dictate from a laptop/computer through our web based dictation module.

After uploading files using either our application or web dictation module

• Our transcriptionists type and format your files
• Files are then proofed by our editing team
• We then upload files to your secure log-in area on our website
• Notifications are sent via email and phone notifications to let you know that files are pending review and download

Yes we store and organise your past transcripts so that you can access them at no extra charge. By simply going to your log-in area on our website you can access all transcripts for up to 3 years

Yes - we are fully compliant with all relevant legislative requirements. Our success is dependent on your confidence in us to protect your privacy and that of your clients. As such we are constantly monitoring and reviewing our privacy and security standards.

All transcribed files are delivered as Microsoft Word documents. We can type directly onto your letterhead and follow your formatting instructions if required. We can also apply your electronic signature to documents if required.

Documents are kept for 3 years.

One of the most important elements of designing this solution is to ensure that the data is secure and complies with Australian Medical Standards. DicDoc complies with Australian Privacy Principles(APPs) which are contained in schedule 1 of the Privacy act of 1988. All data is (256bit/SSL) encrypted before transmission. We Monitor our Australian servers regularly and they are audited periodically for compliance
